|Recommended: NoI think it is a good price point for an apartment. — Its a safe community.
|Recommended: NoThe apartments themselves are very nice and up to date. Our problem has been parking and staff. There is 0 parking and I had to pay for a car port or park 2 blocks away to get a spot. The staff is friendly but not helpful. They never call you back on anything. Overall, our first year here was great, but after that it’s gone downhill quick.

The only things that really bother me are the neighbors to the left of our unit are super loud at night or early morning 3-4am The man is always yelling at his dog or something. and also on the grass right in front of our unit there is like 20 pieces of dog crap no one wats to pick up. its really gross. other than that I'm happy with our apartment.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, Great Location — I waited for an opening at Mallard Pond even though other properties had immediate availability and it was definitely worth it. My apartment is so cozy and comfortable. I hear my neighbors a bit when they are entering their apartment. The area is quiet, clean, landscaped well and is in a great location
|Recommended: YesFantastic Apartment Complex — Staff and other residents are fantastic. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are in great condition. Can't think of a single complaint. Wish my job would have let me stay here long-term. I've loved everything about living here.
