|Recommended: NoI have been calling for over a month now, and left many messages. We had a bat in our apartment, and at that time we didn’t have our windows open at all. And there are a couple holes in our apartment, and we would like to know which the bat came from. The lease states that the owner will schedule an inspection by a professional to come see where it came from. But the office is refusing to get back to me.
|Recommended: NoMoved in 02 01 2024 and was told they would clean my garage door and floor it's filthy. Has black all over . It's an eye sore. Neighbors complain that it's an eye sore...,I have asked over a 1 2 dozen times and have been ignored. There has been no plan for them to fix it. Managers said she spoke to her manager and there is not plan to clean this up .

|Recommended: YesI just love my neighborhood Been here for 3 years this December and it’s been the best place I’ve lived so fair. Ladies in leasing office are so helpful and maintenance is quick and efficient
|Recommended: YesBeen living here for two years now going on three Staff is nice, maintenance is on top of problems quick. Only complaints are hearing noisey neighbors and parking can be a hassle. Seems to be a good place to get the most bang for your buck.
|Recommended: NoThe apartments themselves are very nice and up to date. Our problem has been parking and staff. There is 0 parking and I had to pay for a car port or park 2 blocks away to get a spot. The staff is friendly but not helpful. They never call you back on anything. Overall, our first year here was great, but after that it’s gone downhill quick.
|Recommended: YesIt is a very comfortable and pleasant place to live. — The staff here is top notch. The property management team is very attentive and interested in making sure that we are listened to carefully and responded to quickly. We are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The maintenance team is also very attentive. They respond to our requests very quickly. They are friendly and capable. They are able to take care of most issues themselves. If not, they get someone here who can.
Our neighbors have been welcoming and very friendly.

|Recommended: YesA good experience so far — The condos are very comfortable and suit our family well. It is nice to not have to do yard work or maintenance on the home. The maintenance staff have been prompt and efficient in fixing problems here. The only downside we have had is that some of the appliances are older and run loudly but they work. It is a good location for us, in Howell but not downtown.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Place called Home — I love the apartment complex. The management is great If there is a problem maintenance is fast and efficient. I would have given overall score a 5 but the parking is not good. If you don't pay for a spot, you don't have one. I'm not sure what I would do if I had someone living with me.
