|Recommended: YesBeen living here for two years now going on three Staff is nice, maintenance is on top of problems quick. Only complaints are hearing noisey neighbors and parking can be a hassle. Seems to be a good place to get the most bang for your buck.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for the price — The job they do on snow removal is nothing short of excellent. I am really impressed. We previously lived in a subdivision where we paid HOA fees for snow removal and it was not nearly as good. Maintenance is timely and friendly. We do hear kids screaming from most of the apartments around us, but that is the nature of apartment life it isn't too bad and isn't at night where it keeps you awake.
