|Recommended: YesPeaceful Place called Home — I love the apartment complex. The management is great If there is a problem maintenance is fast and efficient. I would have given overall score a 5 but the parking is not good. If you don't pay for a spot, you don't have one. I'm not sure what I would do if I had someone living with me.

|Recommended: YesGood price friendly staff- cheap building materials — Living here is nice, the staff is friendly and responsive but don't expect to have much privacy. The prices are the best I could find in the area, however, the layout of the first floor apartment I have is atrocious. There are two entryway stair sets for apartments above me that go through the middle of my apartment and right next to my bedroom walls. Any time someone enters their apartment my walls shake violently. also, the layout allows for TWO separate apartments to be above my unit which allows for double the footstep noise as there is no cushion to the noise of footsteps and rarely even for the voices of tenants above me. Also living on the first floor here, cars park with their headlights on about 3 feet from ALL of my windows which means you choose between daylight or people being able to observe your whole apartment just simply by parking their cars.

|Recommended: YesHappy Tennant — We have had very minimal problems and are going on three years living here. We brought our baby home here and find it to be a family friendly place. Maintenance has been there for us when we have needed them as well as the office staff.

|Recommended: YesVery nice community — I would let someone know the apartments are great, but parking can be an issue, even with a paid carport spot I have come home many times to find others parking in my spot. The snow removal is decent, but happy overall
