|Recommended: YesWell-maintained, excellent residential area, fantastic maintenance staff — It is a quiet, homey area that is well manicured and maintained. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and very personable. A decent amount of open grass and the neighbors are friendly.

|Recommended: YesGood propery — We have been here at Mallard Pond for two months and the property is nice and well maintained. The property manager, Hanna, is friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we have.
|Recommended: NoFairly nice apartments, noisy neighbors — The apartment itself is very nice, but we do not like hearing our neighbors on every side of us. We hear them when they sing, when the watch tv, and we get woken up when they decide to get intimate at 2 a.m. On top of that, our neighbors on either side both smoke right outside their doors, making us not ever want to open a window, and for some reason, our entry way often smells like weed, and it surely is not from us. Oh, and non-operational car broken windows and flat tire has been sitting in the parking lot for months and should really be towed.

|Recommended: YesThe best staff, bottom units are too loud — The office staff here couldn’t be better. Helpful, friendly and they find a way to make things happen. The negatives are you can hear everything above you when living on the bottom unit. Every time the heat runs, it makes a knocking noise in the wall because of the heater duct expanding. The noise is every 2 seconds when it’s running and maintenance says there’s nothing they can do about it. It drives me crazy and there is a way to fix it if the tenants piece of mind trumped the work required to make it right for all people going forward.

The staff are friendly and professional, and they're very responsive to your needs. The homes themselves are BEAUTIFUL and well maintained. I can almost always find parking close to my apartment. I can hear my neighbors a little bit but not nearly how I have been able to in other places I've lived.
