|Recommended: YesNice Place to Call Home — Great place to live and they are always willing to help you if you have an issue in the apartment. The office staff are so kind and the maintenance crew are knowledgeable and get things done in a timely professional manner.

|Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — I really enjoy this apartment. I don’t hear my neighbors all that often. They allow my pets. The only thing I wish was added would be a fenced in area for my dogs to run in.
|Recommended: YesWould recommend — As someone who has lived in Burwick Farms and has also gone the route of renting homes in Livingston County, this has far been my most favorite place to live. The rent is best you are going to find. One thing I dislike is not having a pool within the complex and the clubhouse rental is not reasonably priced other places I have lived, if you live within the complex it is either 50 or free as long as there is no other interest or 100 refundable deposit as long as it has been cleaned properly . But would highly recommend and it’s been a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, clean, safe. — I feel comfortable and safe. The apartment is spacious. Maintenance and the front office staff have always been very prompt in addressing any needs that arise. The appliances are very basic and a little outdated, but functional. The countertops in the kitchen had heat or chemical damage that left two big stains from previous residents that is bothersome to look at, but not the end of the world. My only major complaint is the smell of the neighbor's cigarette smoke in my garage every time I go down there - not pleasant We are otherwise happy here

|Recommended: YesMallard Pond — Mallard Pond is not a bad property, however, it needs a little more care. Sometimes talking to the office staff is frustrating because they seem bothered when you call or are not always helpful.
It seems like the maintenance want to keep coming out to fix the same thing, rather than replace it when it needs to be. My mother had asked numerous times for her dryer to be fixed, maintenance came out numerous times and said its working only if you keep it on the same setting what is the purpose of multiple settings if you can't use them . So when my mom called the office, one of the girls told her, just go to a laundromat. Wow, what a great response, go spend money on something the maintenance doesn't want to fix.
The manager is really sweet and the best person to talk to.
The parking is really bad, you sometimes have to park buildings away or spend money to rent a carport that people park in even though you are renting it.
All in all, it is not a bad property. It has been one of the nicer ones to live at.
