|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I would say that it is quiet and affordable. My only complaint is that I wish more of the apartments had individual garbage cans and patios or balconies. But, that is only a minor issue. Overrall, great place to be.
|Recommended: YesNice location, overall pretty quiet. — Nice apartments. Rent is more than fair.
|Recommended: Yes. — .
|Recommended: YesI love mallard pond I wish I had a private balcony or patio and sometimes parking is an issue not often — I didn’t understand the question about noise however I gave it 5 stars because I never have an issue hearing my neighbors I never hear them at all best place I’ve lived in terms of noise
|Recommended: YesWonderful First Apartment — My Fiancé and I needed a first apartment before we start house hunting in a couple years and Mallard Pond has been a wonderful transition No major complaints, just a couple noise issues with the neighbors after quiet hours for the first few months. But after speaking with them this has been resolved.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — Nice.
|Recommended: YesSatisfactory — Our experience living at Mallord Ponds has been satisfactory but we have had a couple negative experiences with the front staff such as delay of responses, unprofessionalism and rudeness. On a side note, during the winter time, salt should be used on the sidewalks more often than it has been applied. The landscaping has been failed for upkeep as well. Other than those issues, the apartment has served us well and we thank the community for being courteous and hospitable.
|Recommended: YesDo not reret decision moving into this community — Quiet well kept friendly community
|Recommended: YesJohn Knapik - Departure Review — Nice place. Need more enforcement about people who leave barking dogs in their apartments all day.
|Recommended: YesIt’s a pretty nice apartment — It’s pretty quiet you can only hear people when they are outside. The parking is kinda a problem because there isn’t enough of it. Overall it’s a nice place to live.
|Recommended: NoA lovely place to make a home — It's a great place. Very beautiful grounds and lovely apartments and condos. Very large and not too pricey. A beautiful place to make a home.
|Recommended: YesThe Best Livingston County Has to Offer — Beautiful The overall environment is amazing - the apartments are more like condos, extremely well kept grounds, friendly neighbors and the staff are ALWAYS willing to help in anyway they can.
|Recommended: YesVery nice community — Quality apartment located within a pleasant community.
|Recommended: NoParking is awful — I enjoy everything about the apartments besides the parking snow maintenance in the winter. There is never anywhere to park and no one parks near where their building is its infuriating to have to try to find somewhere to park that is moderatly close to my apartment .
|Recommended: YesA place to live — Mallard Pond just went under new management so costs for everything just went up which is slowly making it just as unaffordable as other locations in Howell. There is no pool or hot tub area, the apartments do not have a porch or deck which makes it hard in the summer months and parking is extremely limited unless you purchase a car port. There is a sauna and fitness room, but I'd rather have a pool, especially since there is no porch attached to the apartment. The pavement could use a seal coat, its cracking and has a lot of bumps, and it doesn't get plowed very well in the winter. The office staff are nice and friendly but they don't always have the answers or sometimes are not very organized, in the past year that I've lived here the office staff has completely turned over. Overall though, I think Mallard is the best option for the M59 area as far is cleanliness, cost and friendliness of staff.
